Rental terms and conditions

These terms apply to every rental with Paraíso Golf Cart Rental. By requesting a rental you accept them.

Rates

What's included

Fuel, third-party liability insurance (subject to the conditions, exclusions and terms of the rental agreement and to holding a valid license), assistance throughout the rental, and delivery with a full tank and the keys.

Bookings

Requests made on this site or via WhatsApp are not confirmed bookings: your booking is confirmed once the team replies confirming availability. The total shown on the site is an estimate.

Requirements

The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Minors may not drive.

Using the cart

• Drive at a maximum of 30 km/h (about 19 mph).
• Return the cart in the same condition you received it.
• Let us know right away if the cart gets damaged in any way.
• Do not drive on the beach or in restricted areas.
• Do not drive after drinking alcohol.
• Follow traffic signs and do not park in restricted areas, especially those marked with red lines.

Return and extra time

You have a 10-minute grace period after the agreed time to return the vehicle. After that, additional time will be charged.

Additional time costs $600 MXN per hour, prorated by the minutes exceeded after the 10-minute grace period.

For example, if you are 30 minutes late after the grace period, the additional charge will be $300 MXN.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are not given once the rental has been confirmed and paid. We recommend checking your schedule and conditions before making your booking.

Damage and keys

• Any damage to the cart is charged separately, as applicable.
• If you lose the keys, you will be charged for their replacement.
