Your responsibilities
- Drive at a maximum of 30 km/h (about 19 mph).
- Return the cart in the same condition you received it.
- Let us know right away if the cart gets damaged in any way.
- Do not drive on the beach or in restricted areas.
- Do not drive after drinking alcohol.
Keep in mind
- Any damage to the cart is charged separately, as applicable.
- Late returns incur extra charges: after a 10-minute grace period, extra time is charged.
- If you lose the keys, you will be charged for their replacement.

How do I book a golf cart?

What do I need to drive the golf cart?

Can I drink alcohol while driving the golf cart?
Drinking alcoholic beverages while driving is not allowed. Minors and people without a valid driver's license may not drive the cart, and reckless or careless driving is also prohibited.
Where can I park the golf cart?
Follow traffic signs and avoid parking in restricted areas, especially those marked with red lines. Always park in permitted, safe places.
How much grace time do I have to return the cart?
You have a 10-minute grace period after the agreed time to return the vehicle. After that, additional time will be charged.
How much does extra rental time cost?
Additional time costs $600 MXN per hour, prorated by the minutes exceeded after the 10-minute grace period.
For example, if you are 30 minutes late after the grace period, the additional charge will be $300 MXN.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are not given once the rental has been confirmed and paid. We recommend checking your schedule and conditions before making your booking.
What if I need assistance during the rental?
We provide assistance throughout the entire rental period. If you need help or have any problem with the cart, contact our team for support.
